Ali Abdulreda

Ali Abdulreda is an Immigration Lawyer at Unified Immigration Lawyers PC, where he assists clients across various areas of Canadian immigration law. Much of his work involves complex files, including applications with multiple prior refusals, procedural fairness concerns, and circumstances that don’t fit neatly within standard program requirements. Ali serves clients in both English and Arabic.

His practice includes:

• Temporary & Permanent Residence: Temporary and permanent residence applications and family sponsorships, including applications following previous refusals.
• Humanitarian & Procedural Fairness Matters: Humanitarian and compassionate applications for clients with exceptional circumstances, and responses to procedural fairness letters raising serious admissibility concerns.
• Litigation: Appeals before the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), applications for judicial review at the Federal Court challenging refusals, and mandamus applications for clients facing unreasonable processing delays.

From the initial intake call to the close of a file, Ali takes a collaborative approach, making sure clients understand all of their options and can make informed decisions throughout the process. He understands the difficulties individuals and families face in the Canadian immigration system, especially after a refusal, and is committed to making the process easier and making a meaningful difference in his clients’ lives.

Ali earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Windsor. During his studies, he worked at non-profit legal organizations, where he handled a wide range of complex legal cases.
