Dania Bajwa

Dania Bajwa is an Immigration Lawyer at Unified Immigration Lawyers PC, where she assists clients across a range of Canadian immigration matters. She brings a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and analysis, with a particular focus on clear and persuasive legal advocacy. Dania serves clients in both English and Urdu.

Her practice includes:

• Complex Applications: Temporary and permanent residence applications involving previous refusals and inadmissibility concerns.

• Procedural Fairness: Responding to procedural fairness letters that raise serious officer concerns.

• Citizenship: Canadian citizenship applications, including cases involving previous refusals.

• Litigation: Applications for judicial review at the Federal Court challenging refusals.

Dania earned her Juris Doctor with Distinction from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University and her Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business at York University. In law school, she focused on distilling complex legal and factual issues into precise, persuasive written advocacy.

During her summer placement with Justice for Children and Youth (JFCY), Dania conducted legal research across a range of subject areas and worked with young clients navigating sensitive and often challenging legal circumstances. Legal commentary and research she authored during her time at JFCY were published by the Ontario Bar Association.
