Rylee Raeburn-Gibson

Rylee Raeburn-Gibson is a Senior Immigration Lawyer at Unified Immigration Lawyers PC. He practices primarily as an immigration litigator, with extensive experience before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) and the Federal Court. His practice focuses on complex matters, including clients facing inadmissibility concerns, multiple previous refusals, and difficult immigration histories. 

His practice includes:

• Litigation: Refugee matters, immigration appeals before the IRB, judicial reviews at the Federal Court challenging refusals, and mandamus applications for clients facing unreasonable processing delays.
• Inadmissibility: Complex applications for clients facing inadmissibility findings or concerns.
• Permanent Residence: Permanent residence applications, humanitarian and compassionate applications, and spousal sponsorships, including applications following multiple previous refusals.
• Temporary Residence: Applications to work and study in Canada, including cases with complicated immigration histories.

Rylee takes a holistic approach to every matter, making sure clients understand the big picture, their options, and the path forward so they can make well-informed decisions at each stage, even when the path is not straightforward.

Rylee earned both his Juris Doctor and his Honours Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Toronto. As a student caseworker at Downtown Legal Services, the University of Toronto’s legal clinic, he discovered his passion for immigration litigation.
