We are deliberately small. That means no billing floors to chase, no partner track measured in years of invisible work, and no files handed down to you without the context behind them. It also means real responsibility early — our juniors carry their own matters, with a senior lawyer in the room, not above them.
Most of our work is contested: judicial review, IAD appeals, misrepresentation findings, removal defence. It is demanding and it matters — a decision on one of our files decides where a family lives. We hire for people who find that motivating rather than exhausting.
All roles are based at our Toronto office on a hybrid schedule unless noted otherwise.
