Post-Graduation Work Permit Eligibility

Find Out if Your School or Program Is Eligible for a PGWP

It is very important to select the correct institution and program; otherwise, you may not be eligible for a work permit after you graduate. Not all DLI (Designated Learning Institutions) are eligible for a PGWP.  Also, refer to Student Visa Refusal page for information on the Student Visa process. Without a Student Visa being approved, you will not be able to come to Canada to Study. Our firm can help prepare and submit a Student Visa application to ensure you can come to Canda and Study. Avoid a refusal, contact us today.

Before choosing a school or program, confirm that it may qualify you for a Post-Graduation Work Permit. Use the official IRCC search tool below to find designated learning institutions that currently offer PGWP-eligible programs.

Check if Your School and Program Is PGWP Eligible

How to check:

  1. Select DLIs offering PGWP-eligible programs
  2. Choose your province or territory
  3. Search by school name or city
  4. Review the school’s eligible programs

Important: Graduating from a DLI does not automatically make you eligible for a PGWP. Your school, program, and individual circumstances must meet the applicable PGWP requirements. Canada
